EMMET IS SOO HILARIOUS!

I saw this last night. And I am not impressed by this scene. The acting is less than stellar.

thanks so much for posting this i dont live in the US so i couldn't watch the MTV special last night. oh man, u gotta love emmett however i agree with audrey, the acting in this scene isn't great

hmm i kinda thought that was about accurate really...they vampires putting on a birthday party.... lol remember in the book they say how they have to act human for the benefit of others around them apart from when they're in their own home...thats where they get to relax into non-humanness n sh*t. This is them trying to be humanlike for Bella...sweet. And well done in my opinion

Yes the acting is not the best but what got me the most was how it all seemed rushed. Emmet runs out to install the sterio while she is opening all her other presents and she has to call out thank you to him, and the necklace I thought was from Alice- which is actually the present that she cut her finger on- she never got a chance to get to the other present.
Damn I knew I shouldn't have re-read the book before the movie came out!:mad:

I need to re-read it myself or maybe I shouldn't. Because I was wondering about the necklace. I know I don't remember Rosalie getting her anything. Then again they might have done it in the movie to let moviegoer's who have not read the book know that Rosalie still doesn't like her. Alice bought the necklace and forced Rosalie to give it to her.

I thought it was boooooring. Agree with you guys on the bad acting.
